  • Hand Configuration: The settings you provide for your AI agents, including model preferences, system prompts, and channel configurations.
  • API Keys: API keys you provide for LLM providers. These are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are never shared with third parties.
  • Conversation Data: Messages exchanged with your AI agents are stored in your hand's isolated workspace and session files.
  • Usage Data: Basic server logs including IP addresses, request timestamps, and error information for operational purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Provision and run your AI agent instances
  • Route messages between you and your agents via configured channels such as web chat, Telegram, and WhatsApp
  • Maintain and improve the platform

4. Data Isolation

Each hand runs in its own isolated environment with separate configuration, memory, sessions, and workspace. Your hands cannot access other users' data.

5. Third-Party Services

ManyHands integrates with the following third-party services at your direction:

  • LLM Providers: When you configure a hand, your messages are sent to your chosen provider using your own API key. Each provider's privacy policy governs how they handle that data.
  • Messaging Platforms: If you connect Telegram or WhatsApp, messages are routed through those platforms subject to their respective privacy policies.
  • Google Workspace: If you connect Google Workspace, your hand can access Gmail, Drive, and Calendar on your behalf using OAuth tokens you authorize.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypting sensitive data at rest, using HTTPS for all communications, and isolating hand workspaces from each other.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual hands at any time, which removes their configuration, sessions, and workspace data. If you wish to delete your account entirely, please contact us.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Delete your hands and their associated data
  • Disconnect third-party integrations at any time
  • Request deletion of your account
