By accessing or using ManyHands, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

ManyHands is a platform that lets you create and manage personal AI agent instances called hands. Each hand can be configured with your choice of LLM provider, tools, and messaging channels. You provide your own API keys for LLM access.

3. Account and Access

You must sign in with a Google account to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any API keys you provide. You agree not to share your account credentials with others.

4. Your Responsibilities

When using ManyHands, you agree to:

  • Provide your own valid API keys for the LLM providers you wish to use
  • Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use your agents to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
  • Not attempt to access other users' hands, data, or workspaces
  • Not use the platform to send spam or unsolicited messages through connected channels

5. API Keys and Costs

You are solely responsible for the API keys you provide and any costs incurred through their use. ManyHands does not provide LLM API access — you bring your own keys from providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google. We encrypt your keys at rest but are not liable for charges incurred through your agents' use of these APIs.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Each hand operates in an isolated environment. You retain ownership of all data you create through the platform.

7. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services such as Telegram, WhatsApp, or Google Workspace, you are subject to those services' terms of use and policies. ManyHands acts as a conduit and is not responsible for third-party service availability or behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability

ManyHands is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: actions taken by your AI agents, API costs incurred, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the platform and delete your hands at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the last-updated date when changes are made.
